CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 in Las Vegas is officially in the books, and it was a record-breaking show for the Hitek team.
After five busy days on the show floor, we finished the event with more machines sold at CONEXPO than any show in our company’s history. The excitement around compact paving equipment continues to grow, and contractors across North America are clearly looking for faster, more efficient ways to complete small asphalt jobs.
The Pavijet MG7e Debuts
The biggest highlight for us was the live debut of the new Pavijet MG7e mini paver. From the moment we powered it up, the response from contractors, municipalities, and dealers was immediate.
Compact pavers like the Pavijet are gaining traction because they fill the gap between large highway pavers and manual labor, helping crews mechanize asphalt placement on patchwork, sidewalks, trails, and utility cuts.
By replacing shovel work with a compact paving solution, contractors can increase productivity, reduce labor strain, and complete more work in a single day.
Industry Recognition
Leading up to CONEXPO, the Pavijet Mini Paver was also featured in an industry article highlighting why it has become a cornerstone product for dealers and contractors.

The article explores how compact paving equipment is helping crews work faster while reducing the amount of manual asphalt placement required on smaller projects.
Looking Ahead
For Hitek, the strong response to the Pavijet MG7e confirms what we’ve been seeing in the field for years:
The demand for compact, efficient paving equipment is growing fast.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, watched the machine run, and helped make this our most successful CONEXPO yet.
